Kindness:

Kindness is and always will be one of the most beautiful and powerful forces for good that exists in the entire world. Because, kindness is love.

Kindness is all the different ways both big and small we express care, concern, and consideration for ourselves and those with whom we share the world. Kindness shows up as a supportive smile, a comforting embrace, and a helping hand when we need it the most but may expect it the least.

In a world filled with struggle and pain, kindness is like a deep cleansing breath that rejuvenates us with its purity, refreshes us with its goodness, and gives us the strength to persevere despite our troubles.

Kindness is a reminder of why we’re here and how we can each use our lives to help others.

According to Bob Kerrey:

“Unexpected kindness is the most powerful, least costly, and most underrated agent of human change.”

Kindness Is Love In Action.

Kindness is a way love is expressed, a reason love multiplies, and an example of what is possible when love is prioritized.

That’s why kindness is so hard to capture with just words.Since kindness is love in action, it’s challenging to fully express the magnitude and magnificence of kindness through just synonyms and definitions.

Kindness definitions and kindness synonyms are useful, but these two teaching tools simply scratch the surface of the true meaning of kindness:

It’s one thing to be taught kindness.

It’s another thing to be touched by it.

5-Little Acts of Kindness

So, here is the short but comprehension lists of Five different acts of being kind within 24-hours.

  1. Made my Mam’s Favorite Kaftay;

I rarely go for cooking, but this time i cooked my Mum most favorite dish. Which turned me so happy and motivated.

2. Give my Favorite Book to my Friend

Well, this time i sent my most favorite book, “100 things Successful People do” to my friend. As she was asking for it from couple of days. I thought to make it possible now. I booked a ride towards her & already pay the bill. I asked the just to drop the book at her door step. After she received, she made a call to me and thanks a bunch. This made me supper happy.

3. Ask Grand mother’s stories

In my increasingly busy days, it seems there’s never quite enough time to keep up with all the loved-ones in our lives. However, random acts of kindness provides the perfect opportunity to make time. So, I spend quality time with my Grand mother & listen her carefully.

“Random acts of kindness lead to scientifically-proven positive feelings, both for the giver and receiver.”

This turns me positive throughout the day.

4. Buy local or independently

I am a shopaholic person. I do make online purchases a lot. So, this time i skipped high brands sales for a day. And i get simple pretty dress from a local market. Just to Support my nearby community. And gifted that dress to my maid’s daughter. I can’t explain her happiness and facial expressions.

5. A Thank-you message to my Baba Jaani

So, whatever i am today it’s just because of my Baba Jaani. I never say thank-you to him because i am not so expressive to my relationships. I overcome my hesitation this time and send a Thankyou message to my Baba jaani.
