LET'S CELEBRATE OUR LOLIPOP MOMENTS AND THANKS TO OUR LOVED ONES!
There is a variety of things that can conjure positive feelings of appreciation or gratitude that may guide people towards meaning and better health.
“Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

Many of us express gratitude by saying “thank you” to someone who has helped us or given us a gift. From a scientific perspective, however, gratitude is not just an action: it is also a positive emotion that serves a biological purpose.
Another simple definition of gratitude that comes from psychology research is:
“a social emotion that signals our recognition of the things others have done for us” (Fox et al., 2015).

My Gratitude!
So, I wrote a gratitude letter to my BEST FRIEND. 🤩 She is with me since my college days. She is my purist and dearest friend who always helps me out when I was in trouble. She always stood by my side whenever I need her. Maa Shaa Allah we have lots of memories together. And many future goals that we will fulfill. I wrote the gratitude letter in soft form. As she is out of town whenever she will come back to Lahore I will share the letter with her and thank you personally. Also if possible record her reactions. Here is a glimpse of that letter.

But I really want to thanks AMAL ACADEMY for giving me this opportunity. I'm obliged. As I'm not that much expressive thank you Team AMAL for providing the possibility and make my worth memory.
